Terms of Conditions
The services provided by freight forwarding companies are governed by the general freight forwarding conditions deposited with the courts of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Breda, and Arnhem. These conditions, commonly known as the FENEX conditions, outline the standard regulations pertaining to the services provided by freight forwarding companies and their customers, and are commonly applied in the formation of agreements. The conditions can be obtained from the website www.fenex.nl.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the FENEX conditions include limited liability for both the freight forwarder and the carrier. Insurance of goods in general, but especially during transportation, is of great importance. Aero Global B.V. can arrange transport insurance for its customers upon explicit request.
