Aero Global offers different modalities of transport and logistics services to individual and business clients. Aero Global undertakes its services in accordance with the following general conditions.
Below general terms and conditions shall apply:
- to all cross-border & domestic road transport : Convention on the Contract for International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR), as supplemented by the AVC;
- for all storage and physical distribution (PD) activities: Dutch Forwarding Conditions, as filed by FENEX with the Registry of the Court in Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
- All further business undertaken is subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, General Conditions of the FENEX, in its latest version On all our services conducted the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (latest version) are applicable, including the arbitration clause, as deposited by FENEX at the registry of the district courts at Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Breda and Arnhem. Dutch law applies. Claims that Aero Global bv may bring before the court under Article 23(1) of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, are settled exclusively by the competent Dutch court in Amsterdam in addition to the applicable Dutch Forwarding Conditions in its latest version, the principal shall continuously indemnify Aero Global bv. against all claims from third parties connected with any order given to Aero Global bv. including fiscal claims, penalties and balances payable, and the principal shall provide sufficient security against any of such claim
